A new week with more room
The start of the week can feel like a stream of requests. Colleagues, family and friends all ask for something, and Libra usually wants to do right by everyone. Today there is room to consider which requests truly belong to you and which you would do better to pass on or postpone.
A practical example: someone asks whether you can help think through a presentation on Tuesday evening, while you already have an appointment. You can say: 'I'd like to do that, but Tuesday evening doesn't work. Shall I take a look on Thursday at twelve o'clock?' In this way the door stays open without your sidelining yourself.
Love and the art of a gentle boundary
For those in a relationship, Monday may be a moment to talk together about what each person's boundaries are. Perhaps one of you likes to be alone for a while after work, while the other wants to talk straight away. An agreement such as 'the first twenty minutes together without phones' can bring calm.
For those who are single, the day may be about self-respect when dating. If something does not feel good, you do not need to hide it in order to be liked. An honest message, such as 'I like a relaxed pace, does that suit you?' says a great deal about who you are.
Work, arrangements and priorities
At work, Monday may call for an overview of priorities. If everything seems urgent at once, it can help to choose three tasks that really must happen this week. Show the rest to your manager, so that expectations are clear and you do not quietly become overloaded.
For those who are studying or looking for work, it may also be about choosing a rhythm. Set a fixed time in the week for applications or coursework, so that you do not jump from one task to another. A realistic schedule is a form of care for yourself.
Rest and ordinary routines
On a Monday, the wellbeing of Libra is often best served by ordinary routines. Drink water in between, eat at a fixed time and take a short moment to breathe before starting the next task. These are not grand gestures, but they make the day more bearable.
Movement can help to start the week. A short walk during lunch or a few minutes of stretching by an open window can make your head feel fresher. Choose what you enjoy and keep it light.
The waning Moon in Leo
The Moon is in Leo and is in the waning phase. Astronomically speaking, less illuminated surface is visible than earlier this week. In the creative reading of Libra, this fits with gradually winding down obligations that no longer fit.
A simple question for this evening is: what do I want to deliberately leave aside this week? Write it down and read it aloud once. It does not need to be carried out immediately; it is a way of making your own boundaries visible.
